To keep the Yatra a shared journey from start to finish, all pilgrims are asked to join both phases, and rooms are shared among devotees.

Rooms are shared — a maximum of two adults per room (as required by the hotels). When you register you may request a shared room with your own family or a shared room with a same-gender devotee.
Approximate charges per adult which include boarding, prasadam, local transport, donation at temple etc. are given below. Charges for transportation to and from the airport are not included and have to be borne by the Yatra Participants.

Yatra fees can be paid via Zelle or PayPal. The Zelle handle and PayPal address will be shared by the Yatra Coordinators — please watch for their email.
Please note: registration is confirmed only after the full fee is paid by the due date set by the Yatra Coordinators. Partial payments do not hold a place. If the full amount is not received in time, your spot will be offered to the next devotee on the waitlist.
1. You will know the exact fees amount upon registration depending on total number of participants in your party and their age etc.
2. You will have to make your own arrangements for passport, visa, flight into and out of India and medical and any other insurance.
3. Please note that the Yatra Fee is to be paid on or before the date provided to you by the Yatra Coordinators. Your registration will not be confirmed until you have paid the fees. If you fail to pay the fees by the due date your spot(s) will be given to the next devotee in the waitlist.
4. In the event you have to cancel your registration, we will attempt (within 4 weeks of Yatra completion) to give you the maximum refund possible depending on the date you cancel.
